I called on 12/9/20 to order pizza. The woman on the phone was very rude. She wanted to hang up in a hurry. After ordering 2 large pizzas. Was the pizza only delivered after 60 minutes although I was told a maximum of 20-35 minutes. The pizza arrived cold. Without oregano. And the edge of the pizza was very burned. Then I called and let me know. Then the lady on the phone got very rude and disrespectful. Never again Pizzaa Lok. Not to be recommended. NO GO !!!! 🤬

Delivery time exceeded twice as specified. Pizzas were 1.5cm smaller in diameter than indicated. Pizzas were not cut as desired. Butter for the rolls was forgotten. Driver can not communicate. Three stars for tasting.

The pizza was really delicious, also the rice and the noodles. Unfortunately we had to wait really long. Otherwise really recommendable.

I live right around the corner and that's not the reason why I like to poke my pizza there. The prices are more than good and the pizza does not taste like someone arranging some frippery. It's a good old-fashioned solid pizza that does not overdo it, and the sauce, toppings, and dough are all right. Many pizzas here in Gelsenkirchen are cardboardy and want to convince with measures of poor quality, just not there :) more than recommended

I ordered two pizzas from Lieferheld at this company (one Ø 26cm and one Ø 28cm). Delivered, however, were two equal pizzas. After this shocking realization, I measured and determined a diameter of 24cm for both pizzas. In addition, both pizzas have forgotten oregano and garlic. I contacted the company over the phone. Unfortunately, the conversation was not very constructive. The criticism was not seen and I was confirmed that sometimes missing ingredients and this is probably not so bad. I do not like to give a bad review. However, I hope that through this criticism, the company rethinks its attitude to its product and the customer.

Pizza was okay, Tiramisu arrived totally frozen here (that does not work). Delivery 10min later, which is okay. Pizza rolls and herb butter also okay.
